This movie is a remake of the Swedish Horror vampire movie
"Let the Right One In."  Here's the trailer to give you an idea of what this will be about.

However, expect the Hollywood version to alter the plot considerably and up the gore.

In the Swedish version, the girl vampire is actually a castrated boy.  This fact will be obviously eliminated from the Hollywood version.
