Josh Hartnett plays a private investigator named Kline.  His search for Shitao, a missing son of a Chinese Billionaire takes him to Hong Kong.

While in Hong Kong, he gets assistance from a friend and former cop, Meng Zi.  The two follow clues to Shitao's whereabouts and they cross paths with Su Dongpo, a Hong Kong gangster and Su's drug-addicted girlfriend Lili.

Kline has memories of a serial killer Hasford (Elias), who's criminal activities led to Kline quitting the police force. 

This is written and will be directed by Vietnamese director Tran Anh Hung.
